you will get a zip that contains 2 tree models - blender and FBX there are also material files for the Unity game engine

In case of missing material or colour follow this:-

1. - Extract the material (don't create a new One) from the model
2. - Now you can edit the materials base colour and also play with different settings!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE COLOUR OF LEAVES OR TREE TRUNKS?

ANS- Yes, you can there material file and if you are using Unity you need to drag and drop that material file in unity with fbx file then you need to unpack the prefab. Don't create the new material file for leaves and tree trunks just duplicate the given material file and change colour.
